Harvest Hope
Harvest Hope is a community outreach program to provide assistance and to uplift those around us, both believers and non-believers. The Harvest Hope program's main function is to help people who have run out of options to get back on their feet. The housing, clothes, and food are all parts of the program, but more than that is the building of relationships. We will assign a mentor and a small team to provide support and assistance for the person. People who may need help: a family displaced from their home, someone who is homeless, who knows. This ministry includes the Harvest house and our pantry of community donated supplies. If you would like to know more about Harvest Hope, please contact Brady Vaught.
Wednesday Nights
Come and Be Fed AND Encounter – Come and Be Fed and Encounter meet Wednesday nights from 5:30 - 7 pm for you to slow down from all your busyness and be Fed spiritually and physically. We start with a Come and Be Fed dinner for the entire family from 5:30 - 6 pm followed by Encounter time for adults from 6 - 7 pm.
Children’s Wednesday Programs: Every Wednesday from 6 - 7 pm children go to the Nursery for ages 0-3 years, Clubhouse for ages 3-5 years, and Truth Travelers for grades K-5 while adults are at Encounter.

Truth Travelers - Wednesday nights from 6 - 7pm, while parents attend Encounter classes, kids in kindergarten through 5th grade become Truth Travelers who dig deep into God’s world through application!! The children evangelize, encourage, and minister to people of all ages around the world by focusing on our missions. Each month we get deeply involved in one of our five missions as a church. We experience, pray for, and serve that mission. As a Truth Traveler your child becomes the hands and feet of Jesus with endless possibilities and learn first hand what it means to be the church of today. Check out the Truth Traveler Blog for up-to-date info on what they are doing!

Prayer Blanket
Can you touch a prayer? Can you pull it close and feel its comfort? You can if it is a Blanket of Prayer. The idea is simple, but powerful. Yarn thread stitches are pulled into the blanket and the ends are left free to be tied. As each knot is tied, a silent prayer is offered for someone in special need - someone who asked us to pray for them. The “Blanket of Prayer” is then given to the person. What makes each blanket so special is not the pattern, color or workmanship, but the fact that prayer is symbolically tied into each one - a reminder of the many prayers said. These blankets are statements: of our faith, our belief in God and in the power of prayer.
Requests for Prayer Blankets can be for anyone--our Harvest family, relatives, friends, people in the community, anyone--anywhere. This is an outreach to others who are experiencing unexpected "bumps in the road" on their life's journey. If you know of someone who could benefit from a Blanket of Prayer, please email Shirley McDowell.
Parent’s Night Out - PNO
Parent’s Night Out gives our busy parents time to spend together while the children have a wonderful time with friends at Harvest! We offer the group two nights a month from 6:00 – 10:00 pm. Parents take turns watching the children once every so often in return for being able to drop their kids off for free babysitting the other nights.
